Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment has been confirmed. During peak periods such as holiday seasons or special promotions this time may extend up to 3-7 business days.
Custom Orders: Custom jewelry orders may take 7 to 30+ business days to process as each piece is made to order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: Takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. This is the default shipping method for all orders within the country.
Express Shipping: Takes 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. An additional charge applies for this service, and customers can select it during the checkout process.
International Shipping:
International Standard Shipping: Takes 7-21 business days depending on destination. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs and other factors beyond our control.
International Express Shipping: Takes 3-7 business days. This service is also subject to additional charges and can be selected during the checkout process.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. You can see the total shipping cost before completing the purchase.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time via the corresponding courier service.
Delays and Problems in Delivery
Delays: While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, customs or periods of high demand. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Problems: If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you track the package or resolve any issues.
Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible if the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. In the event that the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Taxes and Tariffs
Domestic Shipping: No additional taxes apply on shipments within the country.
International Shipping: International orders may be subject to taxes, duties and customs charges, which are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you check with local authorities before placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can proceed with a claim and send you a replacement.
Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to locate it. If it is not located, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation of your order within the first 24 hours after placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and we may not be able to make changes.
